You’ll sleep in traditional trulli houses in the oasis of Alberobello as you enjoy the starlight at night and endless kilometers of the countryside’s nature by day.

A Vinyasa yoga practice each morning and restorative yoga and meditation at night will allow you to care for yourself, your mind, and your body throughout your yoga holiday.

Trulli del Bosco is located in the countryside of Alberobello, a true oasis in the south of Italy. Surrounded by woods, away from the city, this is the perfect location to relax. Enjoy a quiet, morning walk in nature or relax poolside with a cool beverage. The choice is yours! Follow the stone paths under the stars as you retreat to your white-washed, cone-roofed trulli house, typical from the region. Retreat Yourself Puglia Highlights
Yoga on the beach in Capitolo followed by lunch in the authentic fishing village of Monopoli.
In the afternoon we will visit the iconic coastal town of Polignano a Mare while enjoying an unforgettable gelato and unbeatable views!
You may choose to spend the day at Trulli del Bosco relaxing poolside and visiting the nearby town of Alberobello at your leisure. Or, you may choose to add an optional tour or experience onto your retreat.
Optional tour (1): E-Bike tour of the countryside and visit the trulli houses of Alberobello.
Optional tour (2): Cooking class with grandma! A retreat favorite. Learn how to make the region’s famous pasta, orrecchietti, and other traditional dishes with Nonna Maria.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Matera. Begin the day with scenic, vinyasa yoga on a canyon overlooking this magical city, followed by a guided visit through the Sassi and lunch in the town.
You’ll end the evening with a wine tasting experience in the nearby town of Locorotondo.
